The League’s mission is to create a connected and synergistic network where men use their wisdom and influence to shape the future of our community by engaging and supporting youth as they navigate the path of opportunity.
The efforts and engagement of The League will support Junior Achievement of South Florida’s programs focused on work skills training, youth employment, entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

The League’s signature event, Ultimate Night Out, brings together more than 300 of South Florida’s business and community leaders to celebrate the Ultimate Man of the Year while enjoying exceptional food, premium spirits, cigars, auctions and networking. The 2025 celebration continued this tradition of connection and giving back, supporting Junior Achievement of South Florida’s mission to prepare young people for success. Through fundraising, mentorship and volunteer engagement, The League helps students build financial confidence, explore careers and develop entrepreneurial skills that open doors to their futures.
