Guests stepped into an unforgettable evening at Rosé Soirée 2026, a vibrant and stylish cocktail experience celebrating the dynamic women shaping the future of South Florida. Hosted by Junior Achievement’s Circle of Wise Women, the soirée brought together bold leaders, trailblazers and rising stars for an inspiring evening of celebration, connection and seriously good energy.
The evening honored Woman of Wisdom Allison Cagnetta and Spark Award recipient Diane Alonso, two extraordinary women making waves in our community. We also proudly welcomed 11 newly pinned members into the Circle of Wise Women, marking an exciting new chapter in their commitment to supporting the next generation.
The celebration culminated in a show-stopping moment as eight JA South Florida students brought the runway to life during our first-ever Rosé Soirée Student Fashion Show. Their confidence, style and energy made it a moment to remember!
It truly was the party of the season, all in support of Junior Achievement of South Florida’s mission to prepare and inspire young people to succeed

MEET THE 2026 WOMAN OF WISDOM!
Allison Cagnetta has dedicated her career and volunteer service to improving the lives of youth, families and individuals in need throughout Broward County. With degrees in Psychology and Counseling and a lifelong career in the nonprofit sector, she has helped create opportunities and resources that strengthen our community.
A longtime Junior Achievement volunteer and proud member of the Circle of Wise Women, Allison is passionate about empowering the next generation to achieve their dreams. She also serves on the Board of PACE Center for Girls Broward and has been an active United Way volunteer and leader for more than 20 years.
Together with her husband, Andy, she has co-hosted Andy’s Family Pasta Dinner for two decades, raising critical funds and awareness for LifeNet4Families. A devoted wife, mother and community champion, Allison is admired for her compassion, generosity and unwavering belief in the power of giving back.

For more than a decade, Diane Alonso has helped lead UKG’s global social impact strategy, strengthening communities through nonprofit partnerships, employee engagement, and crisis-response initiatives. Her leadership has inspired colleagues around the world to make a meaningful difference through service and philanthropy.
A dedicated Junior Achievement volunteer and advocate, Diane not only gives her time but also encourages others to invest in the next generation. She also serves as a Smithsonian Digital Volunteer, helping preserve history and expand access to important historical records.
As a proud first-generation Cuban American from South Miami, Diane brings her heritage, leadership, and passion for community into everything she does. Her commitment to service, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others makes her a deserving recipient of the Spark Award.
